At Lama Trading Company LTD, we strive to deliver your goods with speed and care. Below is our policy regarding shipping and returns:

Shipping Policy

• Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders other than samples.
• Delivery Service: All orders except samples are dispatched via DPD Next Day 24-hour delivery service. Samples will be sent Royal Mail 2nd class.
• Order Processing Time: We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 12pm will be shipped the same day, while orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following day.
• Delivery Times: DPD will deliver your order within 24 hours of dispatch, excluding weekends and public holidays. Royal Mail will aim to delivery your product within 72 hours.
